Philosophical Inquiry 1: The World and Our Place in It
This is a philosophical inquiry. It is a process of thinking about the world and our place in it. I created this page to help me think about the world and my place in it. There is no right or wrong in thought, but merely difference in perspective; This is an exercise in that belief.
- I created this website to be a showcase of mind
- I created this website in pursuit of polymathic expertise
- There is such thing as too many “I” statements
So now I wonder, was this an exercise in curiosity or vanity? Do I truly enjoy making websites or do I enjoy the construction of a mirror that reflects my own mind back to me?
In constructing a mirror, do we enjoy the reflection? Do we analyze, ruminate, and hone what is portrayed? How many mirrors do we possess to gaze into? How many different angles, perspectives, viewpoints do we have to analyze the object of analysis?
If I ponder on the state of thought of another individual, am I an insecure, overanalytical, paralyzed man? How many instances and cycles of “ponderance” does one need to subjugate themselves to in order to consistently and accurately deduce the thought of another?

Is mastery of this “ponderance” what leads to mastery of self? Should one model themselves upon these ponderings and construct the ideal image to propagate? Is idealism a feeble concept?
We’re led to believe that we need not concern ourselves with the thoughts of another and to seek contentment within the bounds of our own mind. I posit that It is our tacit fiduciary duty to concern ourselves with the thoughts of others and exist in community.
I believe that it is in your best, selfish interest to think about the thoughts of others. I believe that it is in this mastery in which we find general intelligence; A mind capable of predicting the actions of another. It is in this accurate prediction where one is able to simulate an infinite amount of scenarios. In these infinite scenarios, there is one right methodology; one perfect set of actions that lead to the death of Thanos.
Predict not, defeat not.
Defeat Thanos.
Be insecure and think about what others think about you for it is a mirror for you to gaze into.
